Integrated Barista Training Centre Ltd (IBTC Ltd) is a modern Rwanda coffee training centre which provides and upgrades International courses on the whole Coffee value chain ( Barista Skills, Brewing Skills, Sensory Skills, Green Coffee Skills and Roasting). It was founded by Perpetue Mukamusinga - the first female barista in Rwanda.
This initiative was created with a goal to increase the knowledge and skills in Rwandan coffee sector and worldwide through collective trainings from the orgin to the final elaboration. IBTC Ltd is accredited international by SCA(Speciality Coffee Association)

We offer professional courses ranging from 5-14 days that include hands-on training and education
We offer new business consulting services, concept/brand development, bar design layout, menu development and equipment sourcing.
We offer 3-hour courses that introduce the parameters of espresso extraction, milk steaming and latte art
We offer on-site barista training, store optimization and evaluation

I am the owner and managing director of Espresso House Coffee, I started my owner coffee shop from the inspiration I gained from IBTC ltd after I completed Barista course, I order a café latte it was good with balanced flavor, I was curious to ask where their barista were trained, they told me, they are IBTC Ltd graduates from that day I decide to start my coffee journey with IBTC ltd.
