This course includes an introduction to coffee module that is designed to equip students with the foundational coffee value chain knowledge necessary to build practical skills used in various aspects of the coffee sector.


It introduces learners to the basics of espresso machine functions, espresso extraction and the preparation of espresso based beverages


And it is hands-on course is designed as a continuation of skills acquired in Barista It provides in-depth knowledge into espresso machine and grinder use, espresso extraction, milk steaming techniques, latte art and espresso based menu knowledge.


Including brewing parameters and different hand brewing methods ( V60, Chemex, french press, Clever dripper, Kalita wave and Syphon, Mocha port, Turkish coffee, AeroPress and traditional coffee maker) and Learners will take a deep hangout into brewing guidelines, filter methods, grinder burr types and the brewing control chart.
